Preserving the Past, Empowering the Future
A Foundation Built on Culture, Community, and Connection
The Korean American Cultural Foundation was founded with a vision: to create a space where the richness of Korean heritage could be celebrated and shared—both within the Korean American community and beyond. Recognizing the need for cultural representation and connection in Silicon Valley, community leaders came together to establish KACF as a platform for inclusion, education, and pride in Korean identity.
In 2019, we launched the first Korean Cultural Festival (K-Fest), a joyful celebration of Korean tradition and innovation. From a single-day festival, K-Fest has grown into a signature cultural event in Northern California, drawing thousands of attendees annually.
Over the years, we’ve expanded our efforts to include:
Cultural workshops
Youth mentorship programs
Community dialogues
Educational partnerships
Our journey continues as we build bridges across generations and cultures, creating a legacy of celebration and understanding.
